A Three-Year Training Program for Healers Taught by Mary Branch Grove and Helen Yamada In Northern Virginia

Becoming A Healer

Because becoming a healer is inevitably also undertaking a spiritual journey, students will be expected to come to grips with their own personal needs for growth and to work toward greater self-awareness, self-honesty, integrity, and balance. Sometimes spiritual and/or psychological counseling will be useful in assisting students in meeting personal challenges that may arise.

Becoming a healer requires life-long efforts in one’s own personal healing and a willingness to move with these transformational shifts in one’s psyche and in one’s life. The Art of Healing Training Program offers developing healers the professional training, personal straight talk, and spiritual guidance we believe are invaluable in assisting students to have a firm footing as they set out on their journey to become a healer.

The Faculty

This program will be primarily taught by two elder healers, Mary Branch Grove and Helen Yamada. Other healers may also be called upon to teach on occasion.
