The Art of Healing
Energy Dynamics is pleased to bring The Art of Healing Professional Training Program back to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This Program began in 1993 under the sponsorship of the Mid-Atlantic Council of Healers in the Washington, D.C. area and continued to be taught in North Carolina and Ohio. This is a three-year in-depth program designed to guide and encourage emerging healers as they begin to develop their healing skills, professional standards, heightened awareness, and spiritual discernment.
This program begins by providing training in hands-on healing techniques and a wide range of other approaches, and goes well beyond that by offering guidance in personal energy management, professional supervision and spiritual mentorship. In this way, this program is designed not only for beginners, but also for developing healers desiring ongoing guidance, supervised practice, qualitative feedback, and wise counsel. Typical of all professional trainings, students will be expected to expand and deepen their knowledge of healing and their ability to function as professional healers.
Among the areas covered by this program are:
- Specific healing techniques
- The Chakra system and energetic anatomy
- Gentle and professional interaction with clients
- Sensing and tracking energy
- Clearing energetic blocks and bring the body and psyche into balance
- Development of intuitive skills
- Ways to stay grounded and centered
- How to access energetically the systems in the body
- The function of ordinary and non-ordinary reality in healing
- How to combine the power of intention with higher sense perception
- The use of sound, light, harmonics and various combinations of frequencies
- Developing your own spiritual guidance and how to use it in healing
Classes will build from these topics according to the particular group's needs and abilities. This program has been taught since 1993 primarily by two teachers, Mary Branch Grove and Helen Yamada
